  First time back here in 3 years and the same story. Ok food and slow slow slow service. Might have been 20 people in the place and it took 30 mins to get food and then they forget half the stuff. Also the fries were cold. What a let down. May need to reassess the management.

  Go there all the time but had a horrible experience tonight. The magager at this location is the worst. He does not care about his job what so ever. I will never ever go back to that newport ky location.
