  My husband and I just visited Brio for the third time for a spur of the moment date night and much like our last two visits everything was delicious!
  
  On all three occasions I have ordered the Lamb Chops because they were so tender and flavorful the first time I could not bring myself to try something new. They are now double cut rather than single cut chops and I do think I got a bit more with the single cut but they were still really good and filling. Lamb is just one of those things I'm nervous to make for myself at home and I'm always happy with them at Brio.
  
  My husband has ordered the Campanelle Carbonara twice because it is also just amazing, very filling and the flavors are superb - it has a smokey bacon-ness to it that is really fantastic, when he is done I scoop what sauce is left over my mashed potatoes for added deliciousness.
  
  To start, we highly recommend the Beef Carpaccio - it's the best I've ever had, and for dessert the Caramel Mascarpone Cheesecake is a must whether you're too full for dessert or not!
  
  I don't typically review beverages as they are typically pretty standard but Brio has a super refreshing White Peach Palmer that is just too good not to mention. I will admit it's on the sweet side especially if you drink a few like I usually do.
